Curious about your current market value?  We will be happy to provide you with an estimate of your home's current market value.  This is not an automated valuation, which many of the real estate web sites provide.  We will actually look up MLS and tax records on your home, and call you if we cannot get enough detail about its features.  Then we will look up recent comparable sales in your area and actually do a shorthand version of a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA).  We will provide a written estimate (by e-mail or mail) summarizing the comparables, our analysis and our value estimate.  We will follow up with you to make sure you received the written estimate, and to answer any questions you may have.  We will ask you if you want to consider listing, and will offer to do a complete presentation of our capabilities to sell your home, but we promise that we won't push you to sell.  As we have stated before, we want you first to be able to make an informed decision to sell, and if you do decide to sell, then we hope you will consider allowing us to serve as your representative.  Just fill out the form below so that we can get started on your estimate.
